Sorry for not posting yesterday, I called in sick to work because I had a migraine. I hate those things. Anyone who gets them, knows what I'm talking about.

Had a pretty fun weekend here in good ol' Fargo. Friday night went to the bowling thing. It was pretty fun. It was funny because after the bosses left, everyone really started drinking. Made the fact that we all looked like fools in out sweaters seem like no big deal.

Saturday night I went out with some friends to this bar called the Broken Axe. It's a cool place. Cool bands. The band that was playing that night used a washboard, and spoons for most of their songs. It was different. I was supposed to go sledding yesterday with my friend and her daughter, but her sister got stuck here in Fargo, so she cancelled on me. Oh well, maybe next time. I hope you all had a good weekend, and got some good rest for the week.

It's that special day of the week, where we're all looking towards the weekend. And it's the end of week two for me at this place. Tonight is a company bowling party thing. It's called ugly sweater bowling. What that means, is you have to wear an ugly sweater. I don't own an ugly sweater, so I will hit up the thrift stores after work. Should be fun. It looks like some of the big wigs will be there, so it might be a good way for me to charm everyone to death, hehe...

It's Thursday, and I've made it through hump day!! Yesterday wasn't too bad here at work. Just cleaning up crap from the other nightmarish day. But I am one more day closer to the weekend. Tomorrow night I have this bowling thing for the people here at work, that people are telling me that I need to go to. So I will probably go. I just don't want to show up anybody. Seeing as how I'm like a bowling master and all. I have a few things I need to figure out for this weekend, like what I want to do, and who I want to do it with.

Oh, and I will never understand women. The people out there who think they know how women think, really have no clue. I have no idea why they do some of the things they do. Like her breaking up with someone, then a week later, her asking if she can come visit him. What is that? I guess we'll just see how bad this situation can get.

I sure hope that today goes better than yesterday.

Right after lunch, our Internet went down, and it was on MY end. I'm thinking, "oh great, what the hell do I do now?" But after some troubleshooting, I decided it was due to a bad cable. When I looked at the baling for this place, I quickly realized that it wasn't that big of a stretch to think it was a bad cable. Ok, Internet issue fixed.

5 minutes before 5:00, our Mac server goes down. I hardly know anything about a Mac computer, let alone a server. I figure, let's reboot it. No one told me there were two Mac servers. So, I take the wrong one down. Now I have people crawling up my ass that they can't hit the one I took down. And of course, their problem is more important than no one else being able to work. So, a 5 minute fix, took me 35 minutes. Not cool, but at least I look like a hero!!

Good morning to you all.

Well, I'm definitely sick. I woke up on Saturday morning with a slight sore throat, and I knew that it was going to be the start of something. Sunday, my sore throat wasn't too much worse, but that's when the sneezes started. Then yesterday(Monday), I could breathe out of only one nostril when I woke up. But as the day went on, my nose decided it didn't want to work anymore. So, now here I am on day 4, and I have the worst sinus headache.

I'm supposed to go to this pancake feed and my mother's church tonight, but I just hope I'm up to it. The only way I wouldn't go, is if I was unable to walk. So...... going to eat some pancakes after work.

Well, it's the start of my second week at my new job. Lets see if we can come across some more issues. I'm sure there will be some. Like right away today. I go to log into my computer, oh and windows tells me that my user account is corrupt, and windows doesn't want to use it. So I had to setup myself as a user again. I'm telling you, this place is an IT nightmare. When things work, they only work half-assed. I can't wait till I get to redo this place, and make everything centralized.

This weekend wasn't too exciting. Friday night, I went and hung out with my friend Travas, and his son. Then Saturday, I spent some time with my friend Jesse. We just hung out and watched a few movies. Other than that, nothing too exciting. Oh, I did start up my running again!!! I ran on both Saturday, and Sunday. I really want to get back into it, so I can keep up with my goal for this summer.

IT"S FRIDAY!!!!!!!

Well, in just 8 short hours, I will have made it through my first week at my new job. Pretty exciting, I know. Things are going too bad here. Everyday I find something else that's messed up, and I have to make a note of it. I'll be in the process of trying to figure something out, then I'll go and see what I need to do to make it work, then I come across another issue that I have to take care of first. And that keeps going on and on. So, really I am just trying to locate a good starting point. Ideally, i would love to wipe everything out, and start from scratch. Maybe one day I will do that, but for now I just have to focus on getting some of these issues worked through.

So, the weekend is pretty much here, I'm not sure what I am going to do yet, it would be nice to go out with some friends, and I probably will. For sure, I am going to staying one night, just not sure what one yet. Probably tonight, but we'll see.

I hope you all had the nice romantic evening that Valentines day usually brings. Mine wasn't too bad. I thought I would be sitting home alone watching all the valentines day specials on TV. But it was my friend's birthday, so her and I went to this concert here in Fargo. Let me tell you, do NOT go see 32 below. Unless you're into country music. But the night wasn't too bad. Instead of flowers I showed up to her house with some red bull, and we had some jag bombs before we left. She got a kick out of that. She had gotten a bottle of jag for her birthday, and on the phone she told me that she loved jag bombs, so I thought it was a nice gesture. But I completely forgot how many good looking people go out. I have to be honest, it was nice to get looks from pretty ladies all night. I'm going to have to start going out more often ;)

Personally, I think valentines day is a crock. People shouldn't have to be nice to their sweeties on one day of the year. I feel like people should do nice, sweet, romantic things all year round. But that's just me.

It's my second day at work, lets see if we can find anymore surprises here. I was a little premature with my post yesterday. After being here for a little while, I quickly realized that this place in a nightmare. The guy before me, did leave some documentation, but just for some of the software. No documentation about what he's done on the network, or any of the servers. Oh and before he left, he decided to do something that makes no sense at all. I'm not going to get into it here, but lets just say, I have my work cut out for me.

Well, here I am sitting at my new desk at my new job in my ultra comfy new chair, at my new job. The new job doesn't seem to be as big of a nightmare that I thought. But then again it is my first day. So far all I've done is fill out some paperwork, walk around to meet everyone, and look at some documentation. The guy before me left some very good documentation. Which is such a relief. I was worried that they were going to throw me to the wolves and say, "good luck". I'm still not sure what is all going on here, but It won't take me too much time to figure things out. The Macs are going to be a little troublesome, but nothing I won't be able to figure out.

Well, I suppose I will get back to looking at more documentation, I hope you all have a good day, so far mine has been pretty calm.

It is Friday again. I am really getting nervous for my new job on Monday. Not really sure what to expect, but I am also excited to get started. This week of not working has been good, but I am about ready to go insane with boredom. Most of my apartment is all setup, I just has a few boxes that will probably end up in the garage. Since I will be training next week, the morning posts probably won't be happening, but I will update and let you all know how it goes in the evening.

I'm still just trying to get my apartment situated and organized. I am so lazy when it comes to stuff like this. But it's coming along quite nicely.

I am getting really excited to start my new job on Monday. I called them yesterday to see when I need to be there, and the lady told me that I could choose between two shifts. 8:00 to 5:00, or 8:30 to 5:30. Wow, what a choice! There's such a big difference between the two. hehe....

Well, I hope you all have a nice day, and I will be back tomorrow. I might not be able to blog in the mornings next week, because I will be training at my new job all week. But I will try and update in the evenings. I know how some of you can't get through they day without my blog. maybe not....

Hey everyone!! Sorry for not posting yesterday, I had a ton of crap to do. And since Monday night, things have been pretty crazy in my life.

Well, I got most of my stuff situated to where I want it. But there are still boxes everywhere. On the plus side, I was finally able to get into my garage. There is a ton of room in there to put things, so my apartment isn't so cluttered.

I feel so bad, the last two days I have put aside some people who care about me, because of my own selfish personality. I don't know what I'm going to do to fix this, but I know that I can't dwell on what happened. I need to look forward and set some things right again. Because I am the only one who can.

Hey everyone. Well, I am all moved in and just getting unpacked. I got my Internet and cable hooked up a little bit ago, so I am taking time to blog.

This weekend was kind of hectic, but at least it's done. My cat was so close to being thrown out the window on the way here. He would not shut up, it wouldn't have been so bad if he was just meowing, but he was making these eerily low moaning and howling sounds. Oh well.

FINAL DAY!!!!!!! Yes, it is my last day at work. It's been a long time coming, and I can't wait to get out of here. Not just working, but Brainerd too.

Tonight I am going to pick up the trailer and then I am loading all my stuff. And tomorrow I am gone!!! After the B/S last night, I will be happy to get out of here. I don't understand how some people can be so flaky. I won't get into details, but last night left a very bad taste in my mouth about Brainerd, and most of the people here. So, I cannot wait to leave. I am so looking forward to my new life.

Well, gotta go sit on my ass for 8 more hours, I will be back on Monday. I am getting my Internet hooked up on Monday morning, between 8 and noon. So, wish me luck, I hope I don't freeze my ass off moving this weekend.

Two more days of work. I was wondering if the people here would throw me a going away party or lunch or something, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Oh well. I found out that they are going to hire a new guy, and an intern to replace me. That makes me feel good. Takes two to replace one. Nice!

I hate packing, I hate everything about it. I did get most of it done though. Just a few little things here and there. Nothing too major. I will be all ready to load up everything tomorrow night.

Last night I was shaving, and for some reason I decided to be silly and not shave my chin, or my bottom lip. I was going to shave it off this morning, but I forgot. Now I have this horrible looking patch of hair on my chin. I'm looking forward to the comments and insults I get. It's my own fault though. But we'll see.
