Been a While

It's been a few years since I've posted on here. Mainly because the last time I added a new post, it was about my former employer, and they got wind of some not-so-friendly remarks I had made.

But who cares? They were mostly true. and the thing that irks me, is that someone who knew I had this blog, sent it to my boss. He was not too happy, since some of the comments were about him.

Oh well, that's all in the distant past. I have since started a new job, working for my brother. This place is awesome. Except for all of the political cattiness.

My family and I had to sell our house and move to this new town. The problem is that our old house sold very quick, and we are unable to get into our new house. It was supposed to happen a week ago, but now they are saying it will be next week sometime. I will believe it when I am standing inside of it.

Maybe I'll start posting a little more. None of the people I know post anymore. Seems like blogging is so 2006. I should get with the times and make a podcast or something. But even that seems so 2010. I could be wrong, my internet presence is not quite what it used to be.

So, lots have been going on since my last post. I'm super horrible at posting. I don't know why, I just am.

Anyway, My new wife and I are expecting a little baby girl! She will be here on or around march 9th.

We do have a name picked out, but we're keeping that a secret. I'd put it on here, but I fear that people I know might still be lurking around. Probably because of a lack of better options on the Internet. I get it, my blog brings people joy for some reason.

So I guess that's another reason to post more often. And Porky, if you're reading this, I'm talking to you too. Only because you're the only person I'm aware of that still comes here. But there might be more...

It's getting down to the wire now.

Only 2 days left!!!

Everything seems to be going alright, with the exception of kingy and the tie. That kind of sounds like a childrens book "Kingy and the Tie"

It's supposed to rain all weekend. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but the wedding is outside. Each time I look up the weather, the forcast is looking better and better each time. Now it just says cloudy for Saturday. But they threw in a 30% chance of rain. I think they do that just to cover their asses in case it does actually rain.

Wedding plans are going fairly smooth. Ordered the paper for the invitations. Got the wording done for them, and the ceremony.

I really hope the hotel this goes well. We need to fill 10 rooms so we can get our room at a discount.

Looks like the next big thing on our to-get list is the rings.

We're having issues with the photographer. We were planning on using this girl that moodess knows, because she told use it would be $500 for the whole day. She just sent us a contract, but the price jumped to $700 for 4 hours. What the fuck?

I've heard reviews for her, and she's definitely inexperienced, so at those prices, I think going with a more experienced photographer is the way to go. Still waiting on word as to why she's jacking up her prices.

Started my new job this month. It's going really well. I'm so glad to be working again.

Let's just say, currently, things are coming up Moody!

Ok, so I'm not posting as often as I would like, but look there's three posts within the last month. That's definitely a set up.

Anyway, Last week I found out that the company I was doing contract work for, lost the funding to my project, so my contract wasn't renewed. Bastards

Oh well, I have a second interview setup for next week with a company similar to the one I was laid off from, but it looks like a better place, with better pay. Let's hope I get it. Oh, and did I mention I know the GM of the office? I should have pretty good chances.
