Well, I'm back at work today and already being harassed bay canopenner to post.

I should have taken today off too. My head is still killing me. But alas, I have no PTO to even cover yesterday :(

Anyway, I'm going running tonight. It'll be the last long run until the race on Saturday. I will be running on Thursday as well, but it is only going to be like a mile. So as not to over do myself for Saturday.
