I started running yesterday.
I'm running in a 5K race at the Fargo Marathon on May 17th. So I figured I'd better train a little bit.
I only ran about a mile and a half, but it sure showed me how out of shape I really am. It won't take me too long to get to the level I need to be at come May 17th.
3 days in a row canny, take that! :^P
Weekends don't count. I'll post again on Monday.
