Friday is finally here!! Am I going to sleep in tomorrow!! That is if my cat doesn't wake me up super early again. Which he probably will, foiling all my plans to waste away the morning in bed. But at least I get to go out with some friends this weekend. Looks like tonight might be a go for going downtown, and I'm not sure about tomorrow night, but we'll see and play it by ear.

There's a chili cook off fund raiser thing today here at work. People are brining in chili, and if you want some, you'd have to pay $1 per bowl. That's not too bad, and I think the money goes to some charity, I'm not really sure what one, but it's a charity none the less.

For you banana lovers here's today's interesting fact:
Banana growers in America, worried that the fruit is becoming boring, are to produce them in other flavors such as strawberry and chocolate. The flavoring will be impregnated into the banana flesh.
