Amarillo, TX has some of the best food I've eaten in my short 26 year history.

If you ever find yourself in Amarillo, be sure to stop by Dyer's BBQ. They truly do have the best rib's I've ever had. Steve, the guy that took me all over, would drown his in some tangy sauce. I decided to try them without the sauce first, and I am so glad I did. The meat would fall off the bone and had so much flavor that I didn't want to change it at all. I did try a bite with the sauce on it, and it was good, but without is definitely better in my opinion.

The first night we were there we went to Ruby Tequila's. Wow, I like Mexican food, but again, Amarillo had some of the best I've Eaten. We actually went there twice. Another must visit eatery in Amarillo.

The final place in my review, isn't a place that's only known to Amarillo. But I've never been to a place like this, and the atmosphere is worth talking about. Kabuki Steak House, is another experience all it's own. Some of the reviews in the link will be able to describe it better than I can.
