The one day I wake up early enough to take a shower, shave, get dressed, and eat breakfast, I walk out to my car to see a flat tire!! grrrr.....why? Well, it's not a big deal....I got AAA. I called them up, and they said they would have someone there at 7:40. OK, only 45 minutes to wait. Time check, 8:10, I get a call, oh they'll have someone there in half an hour. OK. Time check, 8:45, I get a call, they will be there shortly. OK, the dude gets there and swapps out my flat, with the spare, then leaves. A total of about 2 minutes worth of work. It doesn't really bother me that this all happened, but what really gets to me is the fact that I could have done it myself, but I didn't have a jack to do so. I'm competent enough to change a tire. I mean, I did used to work for a tire shop.
